New York, Part 1

The type of photo my husband takes when he gets tired of waiting for me.

It took quite a while for the street to empty out. There were about 50 other tourists behind me waiting to get the perfect Instagram shot.

Lunch at Okonomi. There was a cute little Japanese tea shop next door, whose owner is friends with Okonomi's owner.

This was perfect for calming my belly after too many heavy meals.

We thought we'd try living in Brooklyn this time to see what all the hype is about. The Tillary was small but comfortable.

You should've seen my not so flexible but wannabe contortionist husband trying to take a good photo of me.

Loved everything about Caracas Arepa Bar.  The food was amazing and I learned what an arepa was!

Walked up and down these stairs a few times at Barneys looking for a stationery set. Beautiful paper is always worth it.

Came across this cosy French bookstore Albertine by chance.  I always manage to find French bookstores in the most unlikely of places.  I swear it's a sixth sense.

Nespresso flagship in the Upper East Side

This was my first time in New York in more than 15 years!  My husband and I had so much fun exploring the city, eating lots and taking photos.  I hope you like this little glimpse of our holiday as much as we enjoyed the trip.
